			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>	Anglers on Floridarsquo;s east coast will be able to fish for snook this fall but their counterparts on the Gulf of Mexico will have to wait until next year before they can catch and keep the fabled Florida linesider. </p>
<p>	The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission voted this week to reopen the recreational season for snook on Sept.  17 in statersquo;s Atlantic waters and maintain a catch-and-release snook fishery on the statersquo;s West Coast. &#8230;</p>
